To approve a direct award to Careium UK Limited for Herefordshire’s
Technology Enabled Care Service (TECS), including reactive and proactive call monitoring.

This is in the event that the current provider, NRS Healthcare, is unable to continue delivering the service on behalf of the council and ICB.

The service will be delivered by Careium UK Limited until 31 March 2027. The contract value is £565,000 per year or £941,666 over the full lifetime of the contract.
