Construction Agreement in respect of the Aylestone School

for enabling works.
The Early Works Instruction will be the refurbishment of a
science
laboratory and creation of 3 general teaching classrooms from
existing classroom spaces at a cost of:
• Works £404,447.34
• Contingency £40,000
