1. The identified pipe route is the preferred route by the statutory undertaker Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and presents the only route for the adjacent landowner to service his property.
2. The S104 agreement relates to the adoption of a waste pipe that will be installed under Council owned land. Dwr Cymru Welsh Water will adopt the pipe once it has been installed.
3. A Deed of Easement has been entered into to protect the Council’s position and ensure the road is repaired in a like for like fashion when the pipe has been laid.
4. Associated costs have been paid by the adjacent landowner.
