RECOMMENDATION:

That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12(A) of the Local Government Act as indicated below.

HEREFORD MARKET AUCTIONEERS

To agree Heads of Terms with Hereford market Auctioneers for their relocation to a new market site.

To agree a way forward to resolve the longstanding issues concerning the delivery of public open space at Belmont.
