To consider recommending the Revised Deposit Draft version of the Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan (UDP) to Council for approval for the purposes of public deposit.

RECOMMENDATION:

That under the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information ad defined in Schedule 12(A) of the Act as indicated below.
