Land at Belmont

To update Cabinet on the acquisition of land off Dorchester Way, Belmont, known as “the Pond Area” and shown on the attached plan (Appendix 1) and to agree a way forward to resolve the longstanding issues concerning the adoption of the former landfill site area at Belmont, known as Areas A and Area B, and shown on the attached plan (Appendix 2).
