RECOMMENDATION:

That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12(A) of the Act as indicated below.

NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE

To receive information on proposed organisational changes to the local health Service as a result of a Department of Health paper on "Commissioning a Patient-led NHS" and to respond to the Strategic Health Authority Consultation.
