EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS

RECOMMENDATION:

That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12(A) of the Act as indicated below.

To consider any reference from the Strategic Monitoring Committee following the Call-in of Cabinet’s decision on 19th May in relation to office accommodation.  (The report is to be tabled at the meeting of Cabinet).
