To seek approval for Herefordshire Council to
accept the ring-fenced grant from the Department for Education
(DfE) and to use this funding to co-ordinate the delivery of free
holiday clubs for children and young people in receipt of
benefits-related free school meals, as well as those who meet the
eligibility criteria for a discretionary place.
