Community Spaces Capital Grant Scheme

Following the approval of the outline business case for the community spaces capital grant scheme this is to approve the approach and drawdown of the £2million allocated within the capital budget. The aims of the grant scheme are to:

  1. transform and improve existing/unused buildings for community benefit
  2. create improved spaces for communities to connect and for events and activities to be delivered
  3. increase opportunities for people to access integrated services in their community
  4. target areas of health inequalities and deprivation
