details of the proposed relocation of the out of hours general
practice service for Herefordshire. NHS Herefordshire and
Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) have agreed to this
relocation, subject to approval by Herefordshire Council’s
Health Care and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee.
