Landlords consent to sublet land at car park for installation of EV charging points at The Courtyard, Edgar Street, Hereford
• The Courtyard Trust occupy the property
under the terms of a 99 year lease dated 2 September 1998 and are
seeking landlord’s consent to sublet a small part of the car
park for the purpose of installing electric vehicle (EV) charging
points
• The lease provides that the landlord must not unreasonably
withhold or delay the grant of consent.
• The tenant has complied with the terms of the lease and the
information provided on the terms of the proposed sublease and
subtenant indicates no risk to the landlords reversion and
there is no reasonable ground on which consent should be
withheld
• The proposal to install EV charging points supports the aims
of the County Plan to create a thriving local economy and protect
and enhance our environment.
• The consent will be subject to all necessary planning,
building regulation and any other necessary statutory consents
being obtained
