To enter into a Deed of Covenant to consent to a land sale.
The council does not own the site, but it has
restrictions and covenants on the title in the councils
favour.
The Deed of Covenant gives consent that the restrictions and
covenants have been complied with and confirmation that they will
continue to take effect.
The sites are in Appendix 1.
