A decision was made on the 16th March 2023 to give consent for the sub lease on the above units.

The decision arises out of the tenants’ request for landlord’s consent to the sub-letting which is permitted under the terms of that lease subject to the consent of the landlord who must not unreasonably withhold or delay the grant of consent.

There has been a slight variation to the agree lease terms.
