Grant of Licence to Sublet in part in respect of Unit 2 Wallbrook Court, Rotherwas Industrial Estate
The tenant no longer requires all the space
that is held under the lease. The current lease does not permit
subletting in part but it is considered to be in the interest of
good estate management that a concession to allow this should be
allowed. Not allowing the tenant to sublet is likely to result in
the tenant operating a break clause potentially resulting in loss
of revenue and void costs to the council.
