Contract award for the provision of care & support services at Henffordd Gardens
The decision to award a 12 month contract
extension (12 month option in the contract) with an additional
block payment of £71,604 has been made to address the decline
in funded care hours, enable ongoing prevention support and sustain
the current staffing arrangements alongside a service review and
tender process.This will enable the contract with Radis for 12
months to 31st December 2023.
The service is also part of an existing review of Supported Living
services so we would continue to develop this service with Radis
and establish a more sustainable funding model that enables a
blended model of support and care in the future.
