To co-produce a strategic approach to identify, assess and meet the needs of children and young people (aged 0-25) with special educational needs and/or disability (SEND).

The strategy will outline what is known about the needs of children and young people with SEND, how the council will listen and respond to those needs, in order to improve the lives of children, young people and families.

The aim of the SEND strategy is to improve the educational health and emotional wellbeing outcomes for all of Herefordshire's children and young people with SEND and achieve improvements in their provision.
