To present the background and context of the
Council’s public realm services and contract with Balfour
Beatty Living Places, and seek views relating to any Public Realm
Future Operating Model to improve delivery of those services.
Recommendations
Committee is asked to note and comment upon:
a) delivery of the Council’s public realm services through
the current contract with Balfour Beatty Living Places;
b) the Council’s requirements associated with a Public Realm
Services Future Operating Model;
