Lease renewal in respect of Kington Cemetery Chapel

1. The tenant occupies the property under an expired lease, is entitled to a new lease under the provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and wishes to remain in occupation under a new lease.
2. Bereavement services have been consulted and have confirmed they have no requirement for the property and thus have no objection to the grant of a new lease
3. The terms agreed are for a 5 year lease at market rent.
