Cabinet decision made 24th February 2022 to pass formal transfer of registered social care provider services to Hoople Care, as part of Hoople Ltd: HC Global Template (herefordshire.gov.uk), which included the Hillside Center.

This is to regularise the occupation of the Hillside Centre for Hoople Ltd.

Council will retain control of a small area for the assisted living demonstration
Centre and any other adult care ancillary uses.

Terms of the lease will be agreed on market terms.

A license will be put in place in the intervening period to allow occupation from the 1st June until the lease is completed.
