The car park is owned by Herefordshire Council and a request has been received from Herefordshire Integrated Sexual Health Services who occupy an adjoining property for the use of 2 spaces adjacent to their offices.

The council’s parking manager has been consulted and is supportive of the grant of a licence on the basis that the annual fee is consistent with the current price of a season ticket and that provision is made for termination in case the spaces are required for the council’s own use
