The school has requested landlord’s consent to extend the outdoor dining area to enable more students to sit outside in a socially distanced manner.

This will involve extending the tarmac area and the installation of four large canopies and outdoor seating, bins and benches.

The area will also be used by the PE department for outdoor delivery and the school proposes to install a line of metal benching on the perimeter of the new yard which will overlook the sports field.

No useful sports field areas will be lost, the site is close to the buildings and too small to fit any pitches.
