To improve the access roads that at present do not form part of the Public
Realm Highways responsibility, to reduce the number of insurance claims
against the council and to bring them up to an acceptable standard
for future adoption.

S C Joseph Ltd have been identified as the bidder representing best value for money following a competitive tender and assessment process in accordance with Council procurement procedures. Quotations were
invited from three prospective companies and two returned valid quotation for consideration.

The work to be various locations on the Rotherwas Industrial Estate to be
Awarded to S C Joseph Ltd at a cost of £24,889.00.

The overall budget of £109k (residual from the three year budget) is also
to improve Station Road an un-adopted road in Bromyard.
