• An OT report has identified that the Clients current accommodation will not meet their housing needs. The Client has physical disabilities and is unable to maneuver safely around the property therefore is no longer able to maintain her independence. The extension will provide a ground floor bedroom and wet room.
• There are no other properties planned or available in the village to meet the clients needs, the client has been known to Strategic Housing for years
• The family have a strong support network in this area
