Market Towns Investment Plans (MTIP's) - to approve the Investment Plans

To recommend that Cabinet approve the 5 Market Town Investment Plans for Kington, Ledbury, Leominster, Bromyard and Ross-on-Wye.
These investment plans have been developed by a Consultant working with Stakeholders including the Town Councils to identify a long term vision for the growth of the Herefordshire market towns.
