Weobley School turning area – grant of land for highway purposes
To recognise the existing public use of the
Turning Area by members of the public and service buses.
In order for the land to be appropriated to the public highway it
must first be granted or ‘disposed’ by Property
Services for that purpose, at nil consideration.
