To recognise the public use of the widened Blackfriars Street works, the council agreed under the Section 4 Agreement, that they should become part of the public highway.

In order for the land to be appropriated to the public highway it must first be granted or ‘disposed’ by Property Services for that purpose, at nil consideration.
