Revise the programme list of planned schemes, which was originally
approved in the Cabinet Report of 17th December 2020. This is due to
Council awarding Professional Consultancy Services to manage delivery of
Herefordshire Council’s School Building Maintenance programme and
receiving a high number of emergency works schemes.

To remove the following schemes, an estimated total of £265,000, from the two
year programme:
• Garway Fire Alarm
• Michaelchurch Escley Fire Alarm
• Aylestone Distribution Boards
• Ledbury Heating
• Shobdon Distribution Boards
• Shobdon Ventilation

To re-profile the following schemes from 2022/23 to 2021/22:
• Almeley Ventilation
• Aylestone Emergency Lighting
• Garway Distribution Boards
• Ledbury Distribution Boards

To defer the following schemes from 2021/22 to 2022/23
• Aylestone Ventilation

To remove the following schemes due to the scheme no longer required:
• Orleton Mobiles
