To award a contract to Robothams Architects
Ltd for the completion of a feasibility study to explore options
and make recommendations for the improvement of Westfield Special
School, Leominster. The appointment to be based on an initial cost
of £11,950 plus associated surveys, contingency, statutory
and professional fees. A total cost up to the value of
£75,000.
To delegate authority to the senior project manager to authorise
spend and manage the budget up to a value of £75,000 for the
services described in (1) above.
