Significant work has already taken place at Plot C1 including grounds clearance, ground investigations and building up the plot to the required levels. This project includes the construction of two new site access points, additional drainage features and installation of the foul drainage. Following completion of this work, the land will be development ready and can be sold to identified investors.

Walsh Construction Limited have been appointed following an open tender exercise which was carried out via the pro contract system. The Council’s contract procedure rules have been followed with support from the Commercial team. Walsh Construction Limited scored highest in the evaluation exercise.
