Following the adults and wellbeing scrutiny meeting held on 13 January 2021 this report provides an updated replacement 21/22 budget saving proposal for the committee to consider making recommendations to inform and support the process for making Cabinet proposals to Council regarding the adoption of the budget and associated budget framework items, including providing constructive challenge to the Cabinet’s proposals.
