a) To award a contract to Morgan Sindall Construction &Infrastructure Limited (Morgan Sindall) up to the value of £4,866,452 to complete the expansion of Marlbrook Primary School.

b) To allocate up to the value of £322,000 of the contingency budget to enable Herefordshire Council to enter into contract with Morgan Sindall
