Young Carers Support Service
To provide an overview of the young carers
support service for Herefordshire following its implementation in
April 2018.
To allow scrutiny to consider and make any recommendations to the
executive to drive any improvements forward.
The service is currently delivered based upon the delivery of the
young carers specification that has derived from the Joint Carers
Strategy 2017- 2021
