To allow the assignment of Ross cricket club lease to Ross Sports Centre CIC
By allowing the assignment of the lease to the Ross sports Centre it will help the club receive grant funding and improve the site and allow for the social and community aspect to develop for future years which help the town of Ross on and the community.
