To award a contract for highway works associated with Highway Infrastructure Investment – Works Order 38 Tarmac Trading Ltd using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, up to the value of £64,154.73 with an approved contingency of 10% to the value of £6,415.47.
The works identified will deliver a programme of resurfacing on various C and Unclassified roads across the county, as shown within Appendix 1.
