In pursuance of the power conferred upon it by Section 91 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council has appointed Cllrs Jonathan Lester, Graham Biggs and Ivan Powell to Yarkhill Parish Council until an election has been held and to fill such vacancy as shall constitute and re-establish a quorum in the Parish Council or after six months beginning from the date on which the Order is signed, whichever is the earlier, whereupon such appointments and this Order shall cease.
