To amend the works programme and agree Compensation Events, via the Works Order 3 to Tarmac Trading, using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, to authorise an uplift of £129,884.00 to cover outstanding compensation events in relation to additional works agreed on the A439 East of Eastnor scheme delivered in 2025.
