Considering no objections have been made as part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal stages, a new Traffic Order (TO) be introduced under Section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to extend the existing 30mph speed limit in a south-westerly direction on the B4230, and in a north-easterly direction on the C1093 and C1094.
