Considering no objections have been made as part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal stages, a new Traffic Order (TO) be introduced under Section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to implement a westerly extension to the existing 30mph speed limit on the U73019 in Stretton Sugwas.
