• Grant of 125 year lease (contracted out
of L&T Act 1954) of land used by the school as a conservation
area.
• The school is joining the Orchard MAT and a formal agreement
with the MAT is needed.
• Tenant will be responsible for all maintenance and any
insurance.
• The council’s fees in the matter are to be reimbursed
by the school (as is usual in these matters)
