1. The tenant’s existing license has
expired.
2. A Tenancy at Will is required to regularize the tenant’s
continued occupation of the property.
3. The tenant wishes to return the property to the Council but will
require an additional period to move their items from the
property.
4. The Tenancy at Will leaves the tenant responsible for payment of
the business rates, service charges, insurance, rent and
utilities.
