To award a contract to Tarmac Trading Ltd for the resurfacing element of this scheme using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, up to the value of £316,800 including a contingency of 10%.
To further delegate all operational and budgetary decisions up to the maximum value of £316,800 for this scheme to the Interim Delivery Director Infrastructure, Capital Programme Manager and Capital Project Manager.
