30/01/2025 - Enter into wayleave agreement with Airband for the installation and maintenance of electronic communication apparatus on land adjacent to 17 Croft Close, Bartestree, Hereford.
- An infrastructure upgrade is required to
provide superfast fibre broadband to some private residences in the
area.
- Airband approached Herefordshire Council for permission to
install a telegraph pole on Council owned land to facilitate
Airband’s fibre broadband roll out.
- Herefordshire Council’s Legal Services reviewed
Airband’s standard wayleave agreement and amendments were
agreed to Herefordshire Council Legal Service’s
satisfaction.
