Considering no objections have been made as part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal stages, a new Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) be introduced under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to implement a 40mph speed limit on the A449 and an extension of the 30mph speed limit on the C1289 at Much Marcle.
