Following a site audit and assessment, a TO is not considered an appropriate course of action and it is felt that the current speed limit is appropriate for the section of road under investigation. However, it is recommended that additional engineering measures including road markings and signage are enhanced, in order to provide additional traffic calming on the section of carriageway in question.
