Considering no objections have been made as part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal stages, a new Traffic Order (TO) be introduced under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to reduce the existing 50mph speed limit to a 40mph speed limit on various roads in Letton.
