Traffic Regulation Order be implemented under Sections 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as proposed in the Notice of Proposal, the effect of which will be to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on A40 at Hildersley by 310m in a south-easterly direction.
