To award a contract to Bloom Procurement Services Limited under the Bloom Framework agreement for DMsqd Limited to provide the technical advisor services for the procurement for a public realm provider under a sub-contract with a collateral warranty with the council. The contract term is from August 2024 to 18 December 2026.
