To approve a variation to the contract that sets out the commercial agreement between MLL Telecom Ltd and Herefordshire Council in regards to the following:
• £175,000 rebate paid over the course of the contract to recover dual running costs
• £60,000 technical investment of to be used for service improvements.
• Provision of 50 change vouchers valued at £150 each for minor network changes.
• The introduction of point-to-point circuits to stabilize latent customer applications
• The introduction of service levels associated to network latency
