THAT The following traffic regulation orders are rescinded:

i) The City of Hereford (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 1974, Schedule 2 Item 49, Schedule 4 Item 17,  Schedule 6 Item 9.

ii) The County of Hereford & Worcester (St. Martins Street, Hereford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 1982.

iii) The Trunk Road (Various Roads, Hereford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 1969.

iv) The County of Hereford and Worcester (St. Martins Avenue, Hereford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 1979.

The following traffic regulation orders are introduced:

No Waiting At Any Time

ST. MARTIN’S AVENUE – North side

i)                    From its junction with St. Martin’s Street for the entire length of adopted highway.

ST. MARTIN’S AVENUE – South side

i)                    From its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 30.0 metres east of that junction.

ii)                  From a point a point 46.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martin’s Street  in an easterly direction to the limit of adopted highway.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – East side

i)                    From its junction with Wye Bridge to its junction with Wye Street.

ii)                  From its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 25.0 metres south of that junction.

iii)                From its junction with the tangent point of the northern kerbline of St. Martin’s Avenue to a point 37.5 metres north of that junction.

iv)               From its junction with the southern kerbline of St. Martin’s Avenue to its junction with the A49 Greyfriars Bridge.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – West side

i)                    From its junction with Wye Bridge to a point 20.4 metres south of the southern kerbline of Wye Street.

ii)                  From a point 68.6 metres south of the southern kerbline of Wye Street to its junction with A49 Greyfriars Bridge.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET SERVICE ROAD – East side

i)                    For its entire length from its junction with St. Martin’s Street to the end of the cul-de-sac.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET SERVICE ROAD – West side

i)                    From its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 10.6 metres south of that junction.

ii)                  From a point 36.3 metres south of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to the end of the cul-de-sac.

WYE STREET – North side

i)                    From its junction with St. Martin’s Street for a distance of 16.0 metres in an easterly direction.

WYE STREET – South side

i)                    From its junction with St. Martin’s Street for a distance of 10.0 metres in an easterly direction.

No Waiting Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm

WYE STREET – North side

i)                    From a point 26.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 48.0 metres east of that junction.

WYE STREET – South side

i)                    From a point 10.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martins Street to the end of the cul-de-sac.

Resident permit holders only Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

WYE STREET – North and east sides

i)                    From a point 16.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 26.0 metres east of that junction.

ii)                  From a point 48.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to the end of the cul-de-sac including the turning area.

Waiting limited to 30 minutes Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm, no return within 1 hour.

ST. MARTIN’S AVENUE – South side

i)                    From a point 30.0 metres east of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 46.0 metres east of that junction.

Waiting limited to 1 hour Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm, no return within 2 hours (except resident permit holders).

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – East side

i)                    From a point 25.0 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 37.5 metres north of its junction with the tangent point of the northern kerbline of St. Martin’s Avenue.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – West side

i)            From a point 20.4 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 57.6 metres south of that junction.

Waiting limited to 1 hour Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm, no return within 2 hours.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET SERVICE ROAD – West side

i)                    From a point 23.3 metres south of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 36.6 metres south of that junction.

Waiting limited to 1 hour Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm no return within 2 hours (except resident permit holders), resident permit holders only Monday to Saturday 6.30pm to 8am.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET SERVICE ROAD – West side

i)                    From a point 10.6 metres south of its junction with St. Martin’s Street to a point 23.3 metres south of that junction.

Loading only Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, maximum 30 minutes no return within 2 hours.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – West side

i)                    From a point 57.6 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 68.6 metres south of that junction.

Bus-stop clearways no longer require traffic regulation orders, but it is suggested that they be installed in either direction as follows:

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – East side

i)                    From a point 5.7 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 25.0 metres south of that junction.

ST. MARTIN’S STREET – West side

i)          From a point 98.7 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Wye Street to a point 112.2 metres south of that junction.
